The first round of investment was completed in 2024, marking a major milestone for the project. The architectural and engineering plans are finalized, and the long-awaited building permits have been officially granted by the Spanish authorities. As of October 2025, the selection process for the construction contractor is underway, with several reputable companies being considered. A second investment round will be launched soon, potentially in collaboration with banking institutions, although private investments from friends and family remain our priority.
